1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Chitral Market you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter the transactions you request. A parent or legal guardian must supervise any permitted use by a minor.
2. Your account
You are responsible for protecting your password and mobile device and for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may ask for verification before enabling store-owner or rental-provider capabilities.
3. Marketplace roles
Chitral Market connects customers with independent local stores and service providers. Stores control their product information and fulfilment; rental providers control their vehicles and service availability. We may review registrations and content but do not guarantee that every listing will remain available.
4. Product orders
The app recalculates price; discount; stock; and the administrator-set shipping fee when an order is placed. A checkout containing multiple stores creates a separate order for each store. Cash on delivery is paid to the delivery rider at the doorstep. See our Payments Policy for the platform's role.
Cancellation is available only while the order's status permits it. A store may reject an order when an item cannot be fulfilled. Product details and prices shown in a completed order are purchase-time records and are not changed by later catalogue updates.
5. Rentals and delivery requests
Vehicle availability and daily fares are confirmed for the requested booking period. Final cancellation; payment; deposit; and handover terms must be shown before booking where those services are enabled. Package-delivery requests use text addresses supplied by the customer. The customer must have permission to share a recipient's name; phone number; and address.
6. Lucky draws and promotions
Each lucky draw has its own opening and closing times; entry fee; eligibility rules; limits; reward; and published terms version. Only successfully settled entries are eligible. Winners are selected through the platform's controlled draw process and announced only after required approval. Local eligibility restrictions may apply.
7. Reviews and acceptable use
Reviews must relate to an eligible completed transaction and reflect genuine experience. You must not submit unlawful; deceptive; abusive; infringing; or unsafe content; manipulate reviews or draws; interfere with the service; or use another person's identity. We may remove content and restrict accounts when needed to protect users or comply with law.
8. Service changes and responsibility
Features may be introduced; changed; suspended; or discontinued. We work to keep information and services reliable but availability can be affected by networks; devices; providers; and events outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Contact and updates
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply. Questions may be sent to the contact address published in the app or site footer.
