1. Product orders are cash on delivery
Chitral Market does not collect product purchase payments. Product orders use Cash on delivery; which means the customer pays the delivery rider when the order reaches the delivery address. No digital product-payment intent is created by the platform.
The amount shown for each store order includes the purchase-time product total and the administrator-set shipping fee. The default shipping fee may be zero. A checkout involving more than one store creates separate store orders and may apply the configured shipping fee to each store order.
2. Digital platform charges
Separate digital charges may apply to store registration; rental-service registration; and paid lucky-draw participation where those features are offered. The amount; currency; purpose; and applicable terms are shown before confirmation. Successful store registration is a one-time charge and is not charged again after the store has completed registration successfully.
3. Payment methods and providers
Supported methods may include Google Pay on Android and Apple Pay on iOS through an external payment provider. Additional providers may be added for Pakistan in the future. Wallet availability depends on device; region; provider support; and eligibility. A wallet starts or authorises a payment but the payment provider determines final processing and settlement.
Digital collection may remain unavailable until an approved provider is configured. Chitral Market will not ask you to send a registration or lucky-draw payment to an unofficial personal account.
4. Authorisation and payment status
Submitting a payment authorises the displayed charge. A pending or authorised status does not always mean the charge has settled. Registration activation and paid draw eligibility depend on confirmed settlement received from the provider. Failed; cancelled; or expired attempts do not satisfy a payment requirement.
5. Duplicate charges and records
The platform uses request and provider-event safeguards to reduce duplicate processing. If two settled charges appear for the same purpose; contact support with the platform reference and the provider receipt. Do not send full card; wallet; password; or one-time-code details.
6. Refunds and disputes
Refund eligibility for a digital platform charge depends on the terms shown for that charge; the service state; applicable law; and provider capability. A refund is not complete until confirmed by the provider and may take additional time to appear. Product-order refunds or returns are not digital payment refunds because product money is paid by cash on delivery outside the platform's payment collection.
If you dispute a charge; contact support first so the transaction can be traced. A bank or wallet dispute may temporarily restrict the related registration or draw entry while the payment status is investigated.
7. Changes and contact
Supported methods; providers; fees; and refund handling may change as payment services become available. The current amount and transaction-specific terms shown before confirmation take priority for that transaction. Questions may be sent to the contact address published in the app or site footer.
